Who can play
Cork Pop is made for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian and make sure they agree to them too.
Your license
We give you a personal, limited license to install Cork Pop on devices you own or control and to play it for your own entertainment. The license is not exclusive and you cannot transfer it.
You may not copy, sell, rent or share the game, take apart or change its code except where the law allows it, use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with the game, or use it for anything unlawful.
Coins and other items
Coins, boosters and the other items in Cork Pop are part of the game. You have a limited right to use them in the game, but you do not own them. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, and cannot be transferred to another person.
Your progress and items are saved only on your device. They can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its storage or change devices. Ad removal can be brought back with Restore Purchases; coins and boosters cannot.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play and are also covered by the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's payment policies. Prices are set and shown by Google Play, including any taxes that apply in your country.
Coin packs and other items that are used up are delivered as soon as the purchase is complete. Ad removal is a single purchase linked to your Google account.
Refunds are handled by Google Play. Our Support page explains how to ask for one, and you can always write to us. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Ads and internet connection
Cork Pop is free to play because it shows ads: a banner at the bottom of the screen, full screen ads between levels and rewarded videos that you can choose to watch. A reward is given only when Google confirms that you have earned it.
After the first levels, Cork Pop needs an internet connection to start a level, so that it can show ads. If you buy ad removal, the banner and the ads between levels are turned off and you can play without a connection. Rewarded videos stay available if you want one.
Updates
We may update Cork Pop, change or remove features and levels, or stop offering the game. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. If we decide to stop offering Cork Pop, we will try to tell players in advance.
Our content
Cork Pop, its characters, art, music, sounds and code, and the content of this website belong to JollyFig Studio or to the people who license them to us, and they are protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than the license above.
Our website
You may use jollyfig.com for personal purposes. If you join our email list, we will send you news about our games until you unsubscribe. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Cork Pop fun and reliable, but we provide it "as is". We cannot promise that it will always be available, that it will work on every device or that it will be free of errors.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, JollyFig Studio is not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that are caused by things outside our control. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Cork Pop in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Cork Pop at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously break these terms, we may end your license to use the game.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date at the top. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
