Is Cork Pop free?

Yes. Cork Pop is free to download and play. It shows ads, and it offers optional purchases such as coin packs and ad removal.

How do I remove ads?

Buy Remove Ads in the Shop. The Ultimate Bundle includes it too. This turns off the banner and the ads between levels. Rewarded videos stay available if you want to watch one for a reward.

I bought something but did not get it
  1. Check that Google Play is signed in to the account you used for the purchase.
  2. Close Cork Pop completely and open it again. When it starts, the game finishes delivering any purchase that was interrupted.
  3. Open Options and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Google Play. On play.google.com, open your profile, go to Payments & subscriptions, find the order in your order history and choose Report a problem. Google's refund help page has the details.

If more than 48 hours have passed since you bought an item in the game, write to us with your order number and we will look at it.

Will my progress move to a new phone?

No. Cork Pop saves your progress only on your device. There is no account or cloud save, so a new phone or a fresh install starts from the beginning. Ad removal comes back with Restore Purchases, but coins and boosters do not.

Can I play without an internet connection?

The first levels work offline. After that, Cork Pop needs a connection to start a level, because the game is free and is paid for by ads. If you buy Remove Ads, you can play every level offline. Purchases and Restore Purchases always need a connection.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

Open Options in Cork Pop and tap Ad Choices. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads. Our Privacy Policy explains what each choice does.

How do I delete my data?

Your game data lives only on your device: uninstall Cork Pop or clear its storage in your device settings. To leave our email list, or to ask about any other information, write to [email protected].
